Refund policy

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 4 days of delivery.

  • Eligible Orders: Only prepaid orders are eligible for return. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are non-returnable.

  • Return Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Approval: Once verified, we will confirm your return request and guide you with the next steps.

  • Refund/Exchange: Refunds or exchanges will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

⚠️ Note: Returns without video proof or outside the 4-day window will not be accepted.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
